ROLE DESCRIPTION: Are you interested in an insurance career? Our office is located in Eagle, Colorado. We are growing, and we are looking to meet the needs of more customers, to support our growth. This position provides a great career opportunity working for an independent State Farm Insurance agency. We will provide the insurance training and licensing resources to help you succeed. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with our sales team in providing timely and accurate customer service.
- Helping develop leads, schedule appointments. Support our customer needs and promote State Farm products for Auto, Home and Life insurance.
- Encourage customer relationships and manage the follow up with customers, as needed.
- Become an integral part of our Team.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to helping others.
- Learn to effectively relate to customers, answer their questions, and understand their insurance needs.
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members.
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain). We will coach and cover your costs.
- Bilingual is preferred.
BENEFITS:
- Hourly pay $26hr. -1st 90 days, and then salary.

Compensación: $26.00 - $26.00 per hour
